We are proud to confirm that UDA Faculty Practice clinic officially participates in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). We accept direct insurance billing to make your orthodontic, general, and surgical care affordable.
To verify your exact CDCP co-payment percentage (which ranges from 0% to 60% based on net family income), please bring your Sun Life CDCP card and a valid photo ID to your first check-up. We will submit a digital pre-determination to Sun Life on your behalf so you know exactly what is covered before any treatment begins.
